What we collect

This website is a static site. It does not set cookies, does not run advertising or tracking scripts, and does not use third-party analytics. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so visiting a page does not tell anyone else that you were here.

We only receive personal information if you choose to send it, by calling, messaging on WhatsApp, emailing us, or submitting the enquiry form. That information is your name, phone number, email address and the description of what you need.

Why we use it

Solely to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and take the order through manufacture and delivery. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to quote and complete the work, and are then deleted. Records tied to a completed order are kept as business and tax records for as long as Indian law requires.

Who else sees it

Nobody, except our delivery and courier partners where they need an address to deliver to, and where the law compels disclosure.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@samsurthielectronics.in and we will action it.
